Yes you can, but You need to make sure that you have the Correct type of Media card internally on the Computer. You should then be able to convert it over to your computer. Chances are that if it is older that 2-3 yrs old you can buy an after market card and have it installed at someplace like Best buy or Circuit City. Once you have that you can even burn it to DVD, and they usually come with good software to get you started

There is available a device that hooks up to your PC via the USB port that will allow you to connect a VCR to the computer and the included software will record the tape contents in digital form. I f you want to create a DVD of the contents you will need to have a DVD recorder that you install or can be connected to your computer.

Yes, you can but you will need 2 things:
1. VCR
2. External TV Tuner for your computer
Now, hookup the TV Tuner to your computer and the VCR to the TV Tuner and you are done.

You need the correct cables, video in capable video card and the right software. There are companies that will convert it onto dvd for you, I'm sure they would convert to computer compatible too....

You would need a DVD recorder to tranfer your tape into a DVD. Then you could play it or edit it on your computer
