I have 2 "worst" fears.... One is for my family, I cannot imagine my parents getting sick and i'm not financially able enough to send them to a good hospital and provide for their medicine. And for myself, I am very scared of growing old alone and lonely.

Being lost and useless. I can't accept it if I'm considered as useless. Of course I wouldn't mind if people call me that when I really am not. But I do get mad if I'm really like what they say, useless! I'll seriously do my best to get rid of that title and feeling. ... Uh, about the lost.. it's actually more in spiritual world concept. I don't want to be lost in people' eyes. I don't want to be lost... in many thing. Some are quite selfish, most are not. ^_^

Not being able to get to my child if there was some sort of disaster
Being trapped underground
Flying - apart from in dreams - I am always flying then!
being held captive by a mentalist (or my child)

Academic failure. Seriously... I have been either a student or a schoolboy all my life, and the thought of failing my degree is just a nightmare... goodness knows what it'll be like when I have to find work :)

i have two fears that are equally worse.
1. jumping (i am a very tall person and i am scared of heights)
2. performing ( drama, speeches etc ......)

I know its wierd but you would be scared too iff they pecked at you nonstop...and if someone threw a dead and bloody bird at you!
