ok i have had a headache for 2 straight days... does this mean my period is coming? i tryed advil it kidda helped i drank pepsi and put a ice pack on my head that helped too please help me!

BELIEVE ME THIS HELPS ( I LEARNED FROM 3 NURSES IN MY FAM AND MYSELF) TAKE 2 TYLENOL (UNLESS U R YOUNGER THAN 12 WHICH I DOUBT THEN TAKE ONE) THEN DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!

stay away from caffiene. the pepsi isnt good for you, even worse if you have a headache. it could be stress-related. If you've been under lots of pressure or exerienced something stressful this could be causing the headache. If it lasts more than a week you need to go to your doctor. they might do some tests if they cant find the cause right away (not fun but better than having a headache). good luck.

Your instinct of drinking caffeine is dead on it thins the blood and can help make a headache go away but you need to find out why you have the headache in the first place you need to be seen by a doctor, figure out if it is migraine, tension, stress or pure dehydration. It can be anyone of those all can be trouble but you need to figure out what it is, and your period can cause a headache yes but still be seen by a doctor.
