If it's Clinton vs. Rice, Hillary will win. I don't really see that being the contest though.

Connie Rice would win. I think her perfect VP would be Colin Powell, but neither one wants to run so Hillary Clinton actually has the better chance of winning.

Rice has said MANY MANY times that she will not run. Hillary would never win--no one is stupid enough to fall for 8 years of Clinton hell again.

Rice doesn't even want to be president of the United States....however, she has said that she wants to be president of the NFL once she's done being Secretary of State. :)
BUT, if she WERE to run, and both women won their party's nomination, the race would be very close. My bet would be with Condie, although Hillary could definitely give her a run for her money.

Condi would win; here is why
1) Hillary's flip flops on issues,
2) Condi would give the Republicans about 10% more of the black vote which would kill Hillary in key states,
3) Condi would put California (her home state) into play a traditional safe haven for Democrats....they'd have to waste 5% of their campaign money here.

Rice is black.. Americans are too insecure to vote for a black president. Having said that I am black and wouldn't support a person who does not have any instincts that are black orientated or as I understand it has never had a 'normal' family relationship. So your answer is Mrs Clinton please.
