What do I say to my boss when I first get there, I don't want to be like Hi, How are you? because thats kinda out there lol

Be yourself and forget about planning what to say. You are just a good a person as your boss and equal to this person. You have to believe that you are not less than others and that you have just as much of a right to exist and live on this planet as anybody. So I say go there and just chill. Let your boss ask the questions. You will be fine. I know it.

First of all you need to be enthusiastic about the job that you have selected. You need to have the passion to be the best at that position that you can be. You need to ask what taskes are of most importance and what can you do to help in succeding in this task. You need to protrey yourself as a team player to the other employees, and not "step on anyones toes" durring your first days of employment. Keep the your comments of ":thios is how we used to do it at my old company" to your self, at least for now. There will be a time a place for implementation of effencies later down the road. At the begining you want to protrey yourself as a "team player" with a lot of energy and a real go get them attitude. That is why they hired you in the first place.

Say "Good Morning (Mr./Ms.) Jones, I hope you had as good a weekend as I did" (even if your weekend was miserable, find the brighter side). Such a happy, cheerful attitude would most proably brighten the start of (his/her)'s day.

Hi, how was your weekend? did u do anyhting intereting? what was the most interesting part of your weekend? wow, that sounds like fun, i've always wanted to do that. how do you suggest i go about doing that and so on. if your not really interested in what he is saying, pretend. Pretend he is telling you the coolest story ever.

How about - "Good Morning, .........................., How was your weekend? and start a short conversation but as soon as you can get to informing her that you are really anxious to start training ... then you have to leave the rest to her!
