It's the one where black people get a refund check and it has the guy who steals the Newport Truck and he blows the horn and says "I'm rich beotch" That's where the get the sound bite that says that at the end of each episode
It is someone doing a news report about refund checks or something
What's it called, what season is it from???

It's supposed to be reparation checks that all blacks whose ancestors were slaves would receive as a government apology.

It's from season 1 but I don't know what's it called. "Reperations" maybe...I believe it might even be on the first cd of the first season.
