Obviously don't know what the last name is but I've always found that it's neat to have a good syllable mix... I.e. I wouldn't do Georgina (3 syllable) Alyssa (3 syllable) .... Change up the syllable mix for the middle name. I.e. Georgina Rae (1 syllable) (I love that name too) or Georgina Marie... Good luck and have fun!

Hi I love that name sound classic but still cool. Here some information about that name :
GEORGINA
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English, Dutch, German
Pronounced: jor-JEE-na (English) [key]
Latinate feminine form of GEORGE
GINA (1)
Gender: Feminine
Usage: Italian, English
Pronounced: JEE-na [key]
Short form of GEORGINA, LUIGINA or other names ending in gina.
GINA (2)
Gender: Feminine
Usage: Japanese
Means "silvery" in Japanese
For her middle name I suggest :
Marie, Meredith, Nicolette, Terrice, Chiquita, Cherrish, Tatiana... ( I'm not to good find a match name...)
But, hopefully my info can help you...
Take care,
Dee

You could use a family name, or the name of a great-grandma or something...but to go with Georgina, Georgie, or Gina I think Nicole, Laura, Taylor, Danielle, Riley, or Callie.

Belle or Lee...I would go with something with one syllable...since Georgina is 3 and Gina is 2, you should go with something different. I would pick something simple.

IF YOU USE GINA THEN "GINA MARIE" IS A GOOD STRONG ITALIAN SOUNDING NAME...GEORGINA IS A LITTLE HARDER, YOU COULD USE "GEORGINA TAYLOR" I HAVE ALOT MORE IF YOU WANT. I HAVE NAMED ABOUT 6 OF MY FRIENDS KIDS, E-MAIL ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
