Would anyone know the best way to help quicken the time it disappears? I applied it on last Friday and am scheduled to leave on vacation this Thursday. I don't want to look like a complete idiot!!!! Thank god it is only on my legs! Any suggestions would be great!

How To Remove Self Tanner

Number one. I have used spray-on self tanner before. It does work, but it takes a little work. You might try applying it only to the streaks, then try adding a whole other coat on top. The tanner should fade off in four to seven days. Other than that there is really no other way. Wear jeans if you think it still looks bad after trying a few times.

But wait! There's more...

Before I originally tried the spray-on self tanner, I did my research, I read articles in magazines with the tanner that worked the best, and the pros and cons of the tanners. They gave solutions for a few product problems... here's what it said for streaking- "Rub a sliced lemon over the dark, uneven patches and their surrounding areas- the citric acid will remove the color. Wash off the lemon and dry your skin, the reapply the self-tanner"

Good Luck!

How To Remove Sunless Tanner

The only way I know of is to exfoiliate your skin and since you are leaving so soon I don't know what to tell you except that if you were using the products I sell, that would not have happened. I have been using my tanless lotion product and no streaks and everyone thinks I have been in the sun but I haven't. I apply it once or twice a week and when I use my body buffing cream and gel it comes right off. I also use a scrubbing net.

take a hot shower, and while in the shower rub with an loo fa, then as soon as you get out, exfoliate some more. Rub sponges on the areas, and continue this process over and over until it goes away. Lemon juice does not work. It barely breaks any of the chemicals and dyes down, don't try it, it'll just dry out the skin. Make sure to use a lot of moisturizers too. So you don't get too rough and scaly with all the exfoliating.

I asked this question about a month ago...I got things like lemon juice, apricot scrub, just scrubbing in general...nothing really helped...I do think using a pouff (whatever) when you shower works well though...mine was gone in less than a week...A girl suggested that I go to a tanning place and see if they have something to get it off...Or if it doesn't go away by Wednesday...go get a "real" spray on or just go to the tanning bed (I'm not allowed so that option was avalible to me...) Hope this helps!!

This is going o sound really strange but try using Zout stain remover or Spot Shot carpet stain remover!! Spray it on then let it sit for a minute or 2 then wash it off with a good soft soap like caress. It's amazing stuff and it will not hurt you. Good luck! Let me know how you did!

I would suggest that you use a exfoliator or rubbing alcohol should take it off. You also might want to go to a tanning salon and tan for about 15 minutes this should also even out your skin tone

When you bathe or shower use a net scrunci or loofah with some baby oil, As your skin is exfoliated by shaving and nature your legs will be back to natural in no time

Soak in a bubble-bath & use a wash rag loaded with soap on your legs....It worked for me...Also....try the moisturizing lotions with the self tanning properties...as you don't want to lose all of your color before your vacation.
