They claim to like/love you but they will do things that will make you uncomfortable, sometimes extremely so. Most of the things they do will be to satisfy their own needs (wanting to be near you, wanting to have you in their life, wanting to make sure you aren't with anyone else) and it won't matter to them how you feel about their behavior.

You know when someone is obsessed with you when someone is always staring at you and something is always missing from your locker. Then all of the suden you have a new best friend, that is always over at your house.

If they are stalking you; calling you 17 times each evening; taking photos of you all the time, chances are they are obsessed with you. (If it's really bad, call the cops or get a restraining order).

they won't leave you alone. i've had guys obsessed with me so i can answer with experience. they either text you, call you, email you, IM you or are wherever you are at. if it gets to be too much, contact the police. i've had to do this before.

If you feel uncomfortable with the amount of attention that they give you, that might be a sign. You should add some details to your question.

When that person is around you all the time. And doesn't give u space when u want it. If its a bf or gf and they got you on check. And are always on your case.

yes, when he starts questioning your constant whereabouts, why are you dressed in a certain way,who just called you,why didn't you answer the phone, who is your friend, why do you smell so good and do you still love me? questions that constant drive you crazy.
