Nine months now, been in a fair amount of pain over the last month as the baby grows and uses my ribs as a jungle gym, but now my bellyskin feels like it's on fire and the rib pain is HUGE! I'm alone (hubby is long-haul truck driver) and have tried cold teabags and cucumber slices for the skin irritation, plus moving around and bouncing on a big ball to try and dislodge the little guy, but I cant get comfortable or sleep with him wedged up there.

I to am involved with a long haul trucker I feel for you try Alvera jell for the skin it will cool the burning and add moisture to your skin and help with stretch marks. As for the ribs if you have access to a pool some times that will help balance the baby and relax. Good luck

To sooth your stretched skin try running a cool bath and add some Baby Oil with Aloe and vitamin E to the water. The water will cool the skin on your belly and the oil will hydrate your stretched skin.
