Man, my iPod has my name in bold letters on the back.

And it has my initials engraved into it at the side.

I mean, come on. What the hell?

You should check all you ports and connections first. I guess you have a shuffle because of the engraving on the side. If it has worked before try reformatting it. If it is still under warranty go to an apple store.

If it works on their macs dint take any of their crap about how every thing starts working when you step in to the apple store. I was told that twice. (I ended up talking to the manager who helped me)

Connect your iPod to your computer. Then open My Computer. If it sees it and gives it a drive letter, try reformatting it back to factory settings with the latest version iPod Updater from the Apple website.

Do you have Windows XP? This is needed in order for your iPod to work.
