Navy SEAL hands freaking down! Are you kidding? Karate is more about arobic sport fighting than actual fightings. SEALs are vigourously trained in the art of KILLING. Karate and Close Quarters Combat (CQC) are very different things. SEALs dont worry about rules or whatever, or fighting styles, they get quick and to the point. They will aim for your neck, your soft spots, they will counter your moves, then they will kill you.

I'm going for the Navy SEAL. The black belt would put up a good fight. But the SEAL can fight while holding his breath plus the training is more rigorous.

the SEAL would smash the karate kids head under his boot (that is if he didn't already sneak up on him and bust-a-cap, cut his throat, or break his neck)
