I personally think that Australia did exceedingly well considering that Brazil is the best team in the world. Who also thinks so?

I thought Australia did well and deserved the applause from the Fed Sqaure crowd this morning. Australia may have committed some bad fouls, but that was nothing like the blatant diving going on at times. It seemed the ref was erring on the side of Brazil (and even being their 12th man).
But Brazil was the better side and deserved to win (though 1-0 would have been more just than 2-0).

Australia did a GREAT Job, their defense was great!!! Brazil look tired! they are missing their spirit. They did win all in their group and rightly they should have. They better wake up...this round was an easy picking for them and so will be the next round..good job they did not have the best Europeans in their group..that would sure be interesting if they ever do..Ha....

I believe its going to be a tough match, Africa with strenght meeting South America with skills, well Ghana are going to score first but with a little mistake from Ghana Brazil will equalise Ronaldo will score his 15th goal today at the end the score line will be 1-1 end match but Brazil will carry the day with a little polities by FIFA

Brazil is good. yes.but look who they played in there first 2 games...they barely beat Cr. how about when they meet the real power houses..they gonna have to step there game up..Aust. did ok seeing they were not considered to be doing this good in the WC...and that`s why Germany 2-1 over brazil final

Brazil won but Australia played one hell of a game against the world champions and they are very under-rated- well done Aussies !!

I thought that Australia played a dirty game. Did you not see what they did To Ronald ? If a team plays like that, they don't even deserve to be part of the World Cup !

Yes, althought I root for brasil I think Australia did a pretty good job, they worked hard (you have to give them that)but Brasils always the best!

i totally agree with you, i love brazil but austraila really did well in their defense, if you ask me brazil was getting quite frustrated, but they pulled out the win with some difficulty, but i hope brazil get's back their magic!!
