This is my first year without my father being here to celebrate with me. However, I took care of him for five years with alzheimer's and Parkinson's, so we celebrated lots during his lifetime. I guess what I did most today was miss him!

Well, I worked my butt off to feed people who were celebrating Fathers Day. I didn't want to be there but I tried my best to make sure that the food I put out was the very best it could be. I am not a father as far as I know but I want to be at some point and I hope someone will feed me well when I am a father. I hope they'll use safe food handling techniques and be nice even if they are having a bad day like I had dealing with the boss from hell.

My father is dead. However I took the father of my child out for a movie and supper.

Went to dinner at his favourite restaurant and bought him a whole bunch of chocolate, cos' that's what he likes. He loves dark chocolate so I bought every different kind of dark chocolate I could find - he's a happy man tonight. Dang, I forgot to get Bernard Callebaut Chocolate...that's the BEST EVER!

I'd give anything to be able to do something for my dad. He died in 1973, when my firstborn son was only 6 weeks old. I still miss him and have an ache in my heart that no one can fill. I hold on to the good memories. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I love you, Pop!

My dad is in China and I sent him a email greeting card. heh i miss him too much. But next month i am going to china and visitng him.

Let's see...I slept in til' noon...wrote letters til' 5:30...then took dad to a stripbar to help him "escape" his marriage for a day.

My dad doesn't talk to me or my sister or my little brother. She left my mother for another woman and decided to leave us too I guess!! But for my baby's Daddy I gave him a watch but he had it already, so we gotta go exchange it!!!!
