Probably one of my grandmother's dishes. But the one I remember most was probably not that expensive, except to me: my parents bought me a View Master for Christmas the year I was five. I found it, snooping around, and broke it before Christmas. So on Christmas day, sure enough, I got a broken View Master as a gift!

My mom had this figurine called a Lladro. They were really elegant statuesque figures which she paid a decent amount of money for. Well, she had asked me to dust the living room one day and I accidentally dropped it and broke the head *(i think it was the head). I felt horrible and was very nervous to tell her about it. I was afraid she'd get upset. Luckily, she didn't. She was more upset that I tried to hide it from her.

An ugly orange vase that my mother loved. We kept breaking it and then kept gluing it back together until she dusted it one day and noticed the missing pieces we hid by turning it around!

When I was little I broke my aunt's $125 bottle of Shalimar. It's perfume. Her room smelled like it the whole summer I was at her house.

My grandma had a jade ornament of a siamese cat that I busted the head off of it. She still has it and says it's more priceless than the ones in tact because of its history...She laughs about it now.
