where can i get a good deal on purchasing a new 2006 BMW M6 automobile?

I spoke to a sales person over the weekend about the M's they had; the '06 M Coupe, the M5, etc... He said that there is a minimum 6 month wait on M5's (at that particular dealership). There's a list of 55 people waiting for the M6's. They are on number 22 on that list.

If you have clout, you may be able to get it sooner. As for getting a good deal; supply and demand! With such high demand and limited supply, that may be a little tricky....

There are brokers that you can work with who will find and haggle the deal for you. A friend brokered a deal that saved his client $18,000 on a '06 Corvette and was rewarded with a few grand. My friend also led the dealer to believe that his client was someone of stature and not an average joe. Good luck and have fun when you get it.

The MSRP for an M6 is $81,200. I doubt BMW dealers are likely to haggle, you are more likely to get 'perks' such as free oil changes, car washes and the like (I know BMW has a free maintenence program, I'm just using it as an example.) On top of that, the M6 is a fairly exclusive car, many dealers may actually add a dealer premium to RAISE the price, because people will pay it. Ask anyone who has bought a Ford GT if they got it for anywhere NEAR the $149,995 MSRP.
