Straight men can not be made into homosexuals through "treatment."

Neither can "treatment" make homosexual men straight. There are people willing to say they can perform such "treatment" as it's in their financial best interest to do so. They sell this treatments to persons plagued with guilt or to such a person's parents at very high prices. Charlatans really but it's done in the name of religion which is supposed to make it all OK.

As my grandmother used to say, "A leopard can not change it's spots."

Straight men can and do perform homosexual acts as evidenced by the many porn "actors" are said to be "gay for pay." Few of these men ever identify as being bisexual and nearly always claim they are straight.

Homosexual men can and do perform heterosexual acts as evidenced by the numbers of gay men that are married to women and father children. Some may identify as being bi-sexual but many admit they are gay.

I think it's more how a man feels inside himself about his sexuality, (how he identifies himself to himself within his "heart of hearts") rather than what he is capable or incapable of doing.

"To thine own self be true."

I've heard of Exodus. My brain can't comprehend the idea of someone going through "treatment" to NOT be gay. I mean someone would really, really have to be miserable to go through that kind of program to NOT be gay. Obviously some folks have and they claim it works. The question is....are they really happy now? I'm not sure what to think about all that actually. I'm happy with the way I am and have no intentions of going straight!

in the present day's on line version of The propose has an editorial approximately how Southern Baptists at the instant are changing their ideals. it truly is tough to have faith, yet they for sure can no longer deny that being gay is genetic. right that's the story.

No.Sexuality can't be changed anymore then what blood type you are. Those people at Exodus International are a bunch of frauds trying to justify and satisfy a bigoted and hateful community of fundamentalists by preying on depressed and suicidal gays who only need help dealing with their depression not who they are.

Just silly religious frauds taking every dime they can....why would anyone want to change, either way??? Scientologists claim the same thing...hog wash.. Just because someone gets married, has kids, etc., doesn't make them straight, any more than inmates having sex in prision makes them gay.. Ridiculous.

good question. Me, being an old timer, can remember when this 'gay' term wasn't even a popular phrase. Anyone who had sex outside marriage was called 'illicit sex' or something like that, gay or straight sex was lumped together.
Bottom line, when you give total control to Jesus, the Holy Spirit is real , your life begins to change.

Sure...with enough resolve on both parties' part and a lot of conditioning...you can make someone over into almost anything you want...what's the point?

You know, if they're going to set themselves up to say that thinking makes it so, they kind of have to believe it would work the other way aorund, don't they.

Good thinking (heh) on your part!

If the person is really straight, I guess not. But if a person is not conscious of their gayness then they'll become conscious of it.
