I THINK THEY ARE INEVITABLE BECAUSE EVERY ONE WANTS TO MAKE A PROFIT AND SINCE WE HAVE SO MANY STANDARDS AND LAWS COMPANIES ARE FED UP..... BUT WHAT THEY DO NOT REALIZE IS WITH OUTSOURCING THAT ONLY PULLS MONEY FROM THE ECONOMY HERE, IF THERE IS NO MONEY IN OUR ECONOMY WE BECOME UNABLE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS .....BECAUSE WE NO LONGER HAVE THE JOBS TO PAY FOR THEM... ITS A VICIOUS CYCLE THEY WILL NEVER LEARN.... WE THEN CHINA WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD...

No one can Stop someone if they have the determination. There will always be someone over the boarder willing to sneak a few friends in. So the answer would be inevitable.
