first start to jump keep jumping until you get enough air tuck your knees into your chest shift all your wait back take your knees off your chest when your all away back then force your legs to go down and keep practicing until its just right

The most common mistake is forgetting to set. Setting is a big part of the back flip. Setting is just stretching up instead of whipping back. Whip back and back tucks are 2 totally different tricks. Anyway, set first, tuck your knees through your arms and immediately land safely by freezing. Good luck!

Start on a trampoline and then move to ground. But either way you use the same tecknique.
1. Put your hands in fist
2. Jump your feet and at the same time move your body starting with your head back and land on your feet or knees the first time probably.
At this point you should have flipped your body.
