Sure, if you say 'mooney' three times in any 30 day range --- you'll turn into a toad, so most people avoid saying it because it's tedious to keep track of how many times you've said it before...it's basic witch knowledge --- as you well know.

It's funny you should say Loony. The word lanatic is derived from the word Luna which is another word for moon. Because Mooney is to similar to money, and you don't see it shining in the sky.
