See first if there is a reason why they didnt invite the other friend. If there is no problem, see if there is enought room and invite her.

You don't give any details, but it's not very nice to abandon one friend for another. Would your other friends object if you brought the first friend along?
If you already committed to doing something with your first friend, then it would be wrong to blow him off. If you don't have a committment and he's invited and just doesn't want to go, then I'd say just go.
