Although I did not see the program, my a female co-worker in her 50's, said he was on the Tonight show and he told Jay Leno that he is gay. I certainly hope he was joking and she is wrong.
The only women I have heard of him linked with romantically have been Michelle Rodriguez and ET reporter Maria Menounos.
An experted quote from him sounds like he is more into what a woman is like on the inside, not the outside. "When asked what do you look for a woman, Vin said, "I've always wanted a girl to be cool. I like strength in a woman. I like independence. I like individuality. As long as she's a good person."

i dont think he is, i have never seen a picture of him with a black woman, or anything.
I dont think he is like De Niro.
but who knows, maybe , just maybe.
