I'm not married but two of my good buddies are - wait til ya hear this....

One had just flew home after spending Christmas with his folks and his car wouldn't start in the parking lot. He called a tow truck and as it arrived a lady came over and said her car wouldn't start so the tow truck driver told them both to wait in his cab to stay warm while he started his car, and then he'd do hers. The two stranded people were married years later.

And another buddy had a few one night and decided to call up the old girlfriend to try and get her back. He dialed a wrong # and now he and the wrong # have three kids.

I met my husband through the Yahoo Personals only to learn that we were living in the same apartment complex! We each had moved in on the same weekend after splitting with our ex-spouses and had lived there about a year before we met.

I met my wife on a local date lime and then we met at a local parking lot out side of a mall. Then we went to church and then out to Burger King for a quick snack afterwards and lets say well the rest is history lol!

We believe strongly that it was fate - mainly b/c I decided to travel back to school (7 hrs. by car) for his graduation, and when I tried to leave to go back home again, my car would not start. We were "forced" to spend the next 48 hours together.

I met his brother Matt freshman year and he asked me if I knew his brother mike ( Matt was a junior mike was a freshman ). I said i didn't know him so he must be a dork. then saw him the first day of sophomore gym class and thought "I'd like to marry that guy"...we dated for a month then broke up didn't talk again till senior year we got married shortly after we graduated and it will be 8 years in October!
