I am a trained and spiritually gifted speaker, but finding it dificult to get started either with small groups or those interested in discussing spiritual matters which can enhance and improve the hearer's life. Any ideas about getting started with those keen to give a beginning preacher a go.

when u r spiritually gifted ,then u should not find it difficult to find audience cos they would naturally come to u.

JUST FIND SOME WHERE TO TALK IN PUBLIC SAY AN OPEN SPACE OR TOWN SQUARE AND START TO SPEAK

The most important thing is to remember to LISTEN. Anyone can talk (preach), but not everyone should. Pontificating is not appreciated. "Trust those who seek the truth, doubt those who find it"
