When looking for an item I will sometimes get the page that states the page cannot be displayed even though I have contacted that site before. It does not matter what I am looking for. There is no particular subject. It happens with any subject.

This can happen if the server is temporarily overloaded. Often the unavailability is very brief and hitting the refresh button will bring it back. Other times it's a maintenance problem and you need to come back later. If the page is gone for keeps you'll get a 404 error.

This happens due to either a broken link, or a link that does not or no longer directs you to the item you're looking for. This is a problem of the web designers. You should notify them of the broken link.

This happened to me a lot and it turned out that I had spyware in several different forms. I removed that and changed my browser from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox, and have had no more problems. Since IE is the most common browser, most nasty stuff that bothers browsers is made for that one.
