Saws haw?? That's funny. A "Saws All" or reciprocal saw isn't much good for grout. Simply scrape out all the loose stuff, then re grout it with new grout. You may want to use a small hand grinder with a masonry disc in it to take down the grout that's still good so it all matches when you're finished.
Follow the directions on the package of grout and it should work out just fine. A trained monkey could almost do the job.

No, there is no "easy" way. Whatever you choose to do will take some elbow grease. To remove the old grout, you'll have to scrape it all out. A speciallized tool for this is sold at the Home Despot or at Lowes. Once you remove all the old grout, get a REALLY good shop vac and suck out all the grout lines. Now you can regrout. At this point, you'll have probably gotten so sick of scraping out grout lines that you've just ripped out the existing floor to start over completely! Have fun!

If it is just discolored and not cracked or chipped, they make grout paint(dye) to freshen your tile. If they are cracked you will probably have to dremel tool the grout out and re grout the floor. Also don't forget to seal the new grout either way.
