George W. Bush has never had to tell the truth. As a spoiled rich kid, he could do anything or say anything he wanted. If it got him in trouble, his daddy got him out of it. Bush lied about his military service, and his dad arranged for him to stay out of harm's way while it appeared as if he were actually serving in a military unit. He even flew fighter jets, but only because he thought it would be fun.
A so-called "born again" Christian, Bush is also a former drug user and chronic alcohol abuser. While Republicans use this kind of past behavior to crucify their Democratic opponents, Bush's past misdeeds were quietly swept under the rug.
With the help of his brother Jeb, George Bush stole the election with a little help from Republican sympathizers on the Supreme Court and in the State of Florida.
Immediately after the 9/11 disaster, Bush rushed into an illegal, unconstitutional war with Iraq, even though that sovereign nation had not attacked us, had nothing to do with 9/11, and - as it turned out - had no weapons of mass destruction.
While he calls Saddam Hussein part of an "evil empire" that slaughters people in Iraq, Bush fails to mention that his orders, as Commander-In-Chief, have resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of Iraqi citizens and 2,500 U.S. soldiers. His hapless Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, was once heard to say publicly, "Stuff happens" (refering to the killings in Iraq).
Dick Cheney, of course, is only after Iraq's oil - and that's the biggest reason Bush went to war in the first place. There will be no pull-out of American troops until Cheney has locked down agreements for the U.S.A. to get all of Iraq's oil, thereby making all of his oil-slicked buddies even more obscenely wealthy than they are already.
George Bush is a liar, cheater, thief, and dimwitted "puppet" who does whatever Cheney tells him to do. He's a cowboy capitalist who snuggles up to big business, lobbyists, special interest groups and wealthy individuals who can funnel money into the Republican party. Bush has no regard at all for the hard-working people in this country who don't get enough to eat, don't have any medical care, live below the government's idea of poverty, and spend their days in sullen depression, despair and futile attempts just to survive. Bush doesn't know what it's like to have to live on a paltry $24,000 annual salary, and can't identify with people living at that level. Therefore, they are invisible to him.

Keep an eye on a new blog at www.blogger.com The blog is titled "BUSHWACKER!"

George Bush will be remembered as the dumbest president in the history of the U.S.A., to date. His failed policies, obtuse decisions, incompetent management and lack of leadership have put this country trillions of dollars in debt, ruined this country's reputation as the leader of the free world, and established the United States as a bully, intent on using guns and ammo to get its way, regardless of how many people die.
Fortunately, Bush will be gone in two-and-a-half years. The unfortunate thing is that someone just as corrupt, evil, greedy and arrogant will probably replace him, be it a Republican or a Democrat. Bush should be impeached for the terrible things he has done. He and his cabinet should all be tried for treason for the atrocities they have committed, and - if convicted - they should face a firing squad.
The Republican-controlled U.S. Congress is the most vile, corrupt body ever to occupy the Capitol Building in Washington. Voting them out of office only allows more thieves to come in. Our political system needs to destroyed and replaced with the concept that our founding fathers envisioned: "all men are created equal" and this country was established for "We, the People..." NOT "we the corporations", "we the wealthy", "we the special interests", or "we the politically powerful".
Thomas Jefferson said the process needs to be revisited often to ensure that our democracy remains protected. In the past sixty years, our freedoms have been devoured by greedy, lazy, good-for-nothing fat cats who don't give a damn about being public servants (how many of them do you think even know the words to the 'Star Spangled Banner'?). Judges hold court in palatial chambers and give no thought whatsoever about locking up a teen-ager for a stupid youthful mistake. A police state mentality abounds in this country with 'cowboy' cops and politicians who believe themselves to be above the law, renegade law enforcement officers who use aggressive and illegal tactics to force confessions, and a depraved Congress and judicial system to pass useless, stupid laws that don't apply to them.
It won't stop until American citizens revolt....and the time for a contemporary verson of the Boston Tea Party isn't too far away. Only this time it will be much more violent and much more murderous as revolutionaries won't stop until the beltway system of debauchery, injustice, avarice and power is completely destroyed. No, Bush doesn't know how to tell the truth. He lies when the truth fits best. Look at his eyes when he talks: it's like he's a deer in the headlights, waiting for some avid hunter to shoot him right between the eyes, knowing that he's lying (or, worse, not even knowing what the hell he's talking about).

G W Bush is like a lot of politicians He is a third or fourth generation one. He doesn't understand the lying is not part of his everyday life. He doesn't even know or care that lying is wrong. He has been involved with deceit all his life and the voters were fooled twice by his lies. Now the mess will be hard to clean up, but it is a real mess and will have to be dealt with. Maybe term limits isn't the answer maybe we should never elect a politicians son or grandson

When did he lie? Tell me.

Let me refute all of these petty "arguments" brought up by the person who posted before me:

He only says the things his advisers want him to say -- excuse me, but where did you get this idea? Give me evidence.

He is to stupid to think of anything to make the US like him anymore -- to stupid to think of anything? how so?

He has started a war --hmm obviously you weren't there when 9/11 happened -- WE were attacked! Should we just let terrorists continue their work in America? obviously not. That's why we're fighting a war -- to protect ourselves from people who want to kill us! Would you rather have more terrorist attacks and possibly be dead?

He was only voted in by the South (sorry South) -- this is completely ridiculous. The South isn't the majority of the country, and obviously since the majority voted for him this is a logical fallacy.

He has made the US look really stupid -- no he hasn't. how so? Countries only hate us because of our power and the fact that we're the "superpower of the world;" and use the War on Terror to justify their "hatred towards the U.S."

He is the most powerful man in the US -- hmm, maybe because he's the President.

Now tell me, how has he lied?

Better question is , do liberals ever tell the truth? Look at the liberal answers to your question. In fact, look through the political questions and check out the liberal answers. This is a joke!

Very seldom. He is an pathological liar, and needs help. But he will not seek it. And that is due to his fears. He is afraid of being wrong, and looking bad in that way to the public. He would rather play the part of a bully and look bad than show the real part of Psycho and look bad.
