it means youre not suppose to press them at the same time

When you press most keys, a single letter is sent to the cursor. But with Caps and Num, you are changing the state of the key and it will stay that way until you press it again. So, the pc is letting you know that you have changed something, not just typed something.

I believe your computer is telling you a "stuck key" alert. Just don't worry about it, because I don't believe there are actually any times that you HAVE to press both at the same time.

OR

If, when you just press ONE of the keys, it makes a noise, it is the machine's way of telling you that you pressed that key. Have fun!
