Absolutely. Scientists have found that the actual cellulite molecules contain high quanitites of artificial sweeteners, so you'll need to eliminate things like aspartame and go back to eating real sugar. Wheat is known to lead to cellulite, which is why supermodels like Naomi Campbell eliminate it from their diets completely. There are new technologies that work to eliminate cellulite (namely specialized laser treatments), so consult a clinic in your area for more info. Liposuction rarely helps with cellulite, as the liposuction removes fat from a different layer.

No, simple answer. Just like many wonderful things we inherit from our parents, some people are more predisposed to cellulite then others.
You can reduce the appearance of cellulite however with a good cream like AVON's Super Shape. It contains caffeinne which works as a constictor & when used regularly it helps a great deal; this is one of AVON's TOP 20 sellers & we sell boat loads for summer.
Of course you can find other products with caffeinne, but not nearly as cheap. Know however, these creams DO work, but must be used on a regular basis, once stopped the cellulite plumps back out in full force.
My best advice to you, love what your momma gave you, lol. Even some of the skinniest of models have cellulite. It is just a natural part of your body & believe me, the men don't care about it half as much as we do, they are to interested in looking at other specific details.

The only thing that's going to get that cellulite to go is to work it off. Or get it sucked out. No diet is going to make it go away. It will just stop you from making more. You will even loose fat, but cellulite is a lot harder to get rid of. Start working out babe.

Drink lots and lots of water and exercise. Your body can't clean itself out and it is depositing the fat cells in those places. Then if that doesn't work, go see a plastic surgeon and have liposuction.
