Diesel fuel or Castor oil sprayed on wood forms works well. There is also commercial releasing agents. Hope it helps.

I use plain old 30 wieght oil just coat the wood good let it soak in then before pouring your cement give it another light coat of oil, always worked for me. good luck

If you paint the form with poly several coats the cement shouldn't stick to your form...

TRY WD40 IT WILL WORK FINE. OR IF YOU PLAN ON CASTING LOTS OF FORMS TRY SIMONS MAGIC-KOTE.
