Its not the internet itself, it is your web server. You will have to get a higher speed web/internet server. The dial-up services are indeed VERY slow. I just became a Verizon DSL High Speed service installed, used to use Verizon Dial Up, WAY slow! The DSL is digital and lightening fast and only $17.99 a month for unlimited access with all kinds of added features not offered on a dialup account. If you are going nuts because its just too slow for you, check out a cheap DSL service near you.

the speed of pages depends on three actors, internet connaction, computer you are using and the size of your protocoll window. if you are using dial-up pages always load slow, you might want to upgrade to broadband (DSL or cable). check if you have excess ram, 64mb might not be enough, i reccomend at leas 512 megs. if your processor is less than 500 mhz then you might consider upgrading and the protocoll window, well that's a bit advanced. hope that helps.

The speed of the internet is related to the use of the internet and your connection to it. It is different for each area and hookup. My speed varies from 300 bits per second to 250,000 bits per second, depending on time of day and where I want to connect to. When it rains, a lot more people stay home and surf the web, and the speed drops way down.

Your browser is probably screwed up. Try clearing your temporary internet files, etc.
