As a veggie, I worry about getting enough protein and iron, but I try pretty hard to keep up on that, so it's fine. I exercise, all I need now is to keep regular bedtimes instead of staying up on my computer, uh-huh-huh...

All I can say is, if you're worried about what you're eating, take action... if you want to, you can change. Just start eating more healthily, just one step up...

Is that you with the guitar? Guitars are cool... for a second I was thinking you were going to be like 'are any of you scared of manufacture pop music killing rock and roll'. Or something like that...

Fear is not healthy!
Try eating food that has been produced with respect to peoples well being (good organic). Eat variety. Respect and love yourself enough to be careful about what you select to eat (and drink!!!) Include gentle excercise in this programme.
You will find that the weight falls off, you will feel healthier, you limit risk to health and you actually eat less because food produced then prepared in this way contains masses more nuticional value than all of the fast food prepartions that are created for maximum profit (eg; the guy who ate Mc Donalds)

Yes, I have a crappy diet but I'm under the delusion that I can change at any time. I can't see it happening any time soon but I do each healthy food every now and then (but it's usually for very short periods of time).

no, I make sure to get a lot of aerobic exorcise and I do a pretty intense workout every other day (or I do most of the time...) so that helps burn fat and extra calories.

But seriously, I eat basically what I want, but I make sure to still eat plenty of fruits and vegetables every day and drink a lot of water

Just forget about your diet and health and appearance........ Play, and enjoy life in the U.S.A, for which many (myself more than anyone) would die for
