Acne is usually a sign of a dirty liver or colon. Not knowing your age, I'm guessing that there might be hormonal difficulties as well. I am a natural health consultant studying to be a naturopathic dr. Not knowing dietary habits and such - The best recommendation I can make is to clean up the diet - lose the "toxic" foods like sugar, high saturated fatty foods, white flour products... etc. There are herbs to take - but I would want more background info. I would suggest washing in hot water and rinsing in hot water. Use plain soap - not perfumed, and use vinegar or lemon juice with a little water applied topically as a barrier to the environment. A honey mask once a week will work wonders!!

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

well my acne can never be beat but the stuff that I use is Clearisil ultra,it really works.my skin dries up easily but I still use it and put a moisturizing face cream on it before or after,and you only have to put on a thin layer so you probably won't get much result of anything from benzoyl peroxide-there is 10% of that in there,it is only 9 dollars at food lion.

I have a friend who is allergic to just about everything. There is a poduct made by Yves Rocher..it is made with all natural ingedients including bee pollen. there are many different acne products out there..and the ones i've used are proactiv and acnefree..i would say that proactiv did not work that well..it made my skin severely dry. But then i started using Acnefree and it's really good..my skin cleared up and there wasn't any scars either..it's only like $15-$20 at like your nearest Wal-mart.

umm i dont know if its in it but i used a different gel and now i dont have any but i think you have to see a dirmetoligest..but i dont know,,you could use oxey pads which u could find anywhere

try lemon juice out. it help me. apply it once or twice a day and it may help.
