Tell them you don't won't to drink....
Your not in the mood or your sick of drinking 24/7....
My hubby use to do my like that when we were younger and after a while in front of everybody I just said NO!
Be you do what you want too do. Don't let them make you feel dumb! Your showing you are a adult and you make your on decision's. If they wanted you to eat dirt would ya? NO....
Tell them your not in the mood!

It's not that hard. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do. But if they make you feel uncool for not drinking, you need new friends. If you're having a hard time, just cause they always want you to go out, but while you're there they drink and it makes you feel left out, drink coca-cola or something. Be the "designated driver". If you just don't want to go out so much, but don't want to seem like an intravert, find something really cool to do, that might even impress them and they'll want to do that instead. When I don't feel like drinking, I record music. I tell people I've got this bass line to record, but I'm really just playing around, recording and experimenting with different sounds. I go out enough as it is, being in a band, so when people want to hang out, I try not to go to the bars all the time. I already spend to much time and money there, playing music.

Tell them you want to the best thing for yourself and drinking all the time to get drunk is not what you want to do all them time. If they can't accept that they are not really your friends. Make some new ones if they can't compromise.

"Birds of a feather flock together." You will always give in to peer pressure. In your case get a new flock of friends that don't drink. You're fighting a losing battle with the current flock.

Just stand firm and dont give in. Maybe try and make some friends who like to other things than drink. Hang at the mall or maybe at the lake or pool.. God Bless.

I believe you have to know first you are a leader not a follower, I alot of times think to myself beside letting my friends and family down, the most important in my life, I am letting God down he sees all , if you pray to him he will bring you out. Second if they are really your friends they would not want to change you. Always know you have a higher standard to live by.
