I would vote for a law that would prevent misinformed and stupid people from having their vote count. (weighted according to knowledge level at the very least)

Never!!! All those dunce caps would be blinding--stupidity is not a crime--but the people who are should have stayed in school--to learn, not to goof off and socialize.

No. I rather enjoy my freedom and, being thrown in jail would certainly put a damper on that. Productivity levels would go way down, because everyone would be lallygagging in the public square instead of working.

No, everyone does something stupid at one point or another. But, I think we should take away laws that protect really stupid people. For example, "don't try to beat a train in your car." If we did away with that beauty, a lot of unintelligent people would cease to be.

Yes I would, kinda like you would know you were about to deal with a stupid person before the interaction started. You could be forwarned.

Maybe - although stupid is a vague term...it would have to be very well defined & the matter of who decides who is or is not stupid would have to be disclosed as well

It could never work because people don't know the difference between people who are stupid and people who disagree with them.

Of course not - it's not someones fault that they are smart or stupid - they are born that way. Should we outlaw short or unattractive people too?
