Practicing Aasans (postures) definitely help as one gains control over food craving. Done with Pranaayam ( regulated breathing) it is very effective. With diet regulation like & other activities it is known to work wonders on even uncurable ailments and diseases.
If one can find a coach / trainer it is very effective. One does lose weight without after effects. It speedens up recovery afer illness. Done with accupressure it relieves pain and prevents ageing, restores and strengthens the body in general and targetted organs. Dhyaan (Meditation) thereafter is very invigarating and improves memory and is known to give fascinating spiritual experiences and insights. Starting small 15 Minutes to 20 after walk also helps in controlling weight. Pure weight reduction also happens if done under a program and certain medicines preferably Medical /Ayurveda teatment . One has to do it to find the results as the body corrects its weight naturally with Yoga. It does not cost. JUST INCLUDE IT in daily routine. You can't lose anything except weight.

depends on what it is you're hoping for- just how many eggs you have? or how many chickens. you can't know how many eggs will bring forth chickens until they open up. they might be duds.... know what I mean, vern?
