The monster in which you are in reference too isn't called Frankenstein...he is never named in the book written by Mary Shelly, he is merely the Monster or Dr. Frankenstein's Monster.
Also the Monster within Mary Shelly's book had the mind of a normal man, no real "abnormal" strength, and certainly no super-human abilities. What the book is actual in reference to is how far will humanity go in it's own inhumanity to become like gods; i.e. the creator/creatrix of life itself...
But in answer to your question, I would have to go with the Wolf-man...because according to Oriental tradition (which is where we get werewolves and such) they are super-entities powered by the realms of the dead feeding on the damned.

I'm goin' with frankenstein.
Sure sure the wolfman, is agile and quick and got 'em some big teeth...
but frankenstein has the size and strength, and the cadavered body parts..
I can see wolfie smellin' the dead meat and lunging at an arm, and frankie gettin' all upset grabbin' wolfie by the throat and throwin' him down to the ground in a rage, and thusly breakin' the wolfie's neck...
But then the mob with firesticks would come out of the blue hearin' the ruckus, some with their silver bullets cause they had heard rumors that wolfie was spotted in the area...and others with their machetes ready to blister poor frankie to a dead man's release. I think it might be a draw by interference.

Wolf man would take Frankenstein out in seconds. Frankenstein monster moves so slow.

The Wolfman would definitely put the smack down on Frankenstein. Frank is pretty bulked up but he’s not the sharpest pencil in the box.

I think wolf man. Frankenstein seems a little clumsy and stiff as well as not too bright either.

frankenstein is superior to the wolfman in strength, but not in speed and agility or endurance. Frankenstein would put up a good fight but he would be torn to shreds.

Well, wolfman can't kill frankenstein- he's already dead.
On the other hand, wolfman can move much better and quicker than Frankie can.

Wolfman, Frankenstein wasn't intentionally violent. He was just very misunderstood and didn't know his own strength. Wolfman wouldn't hold back.
