Unzip it with winzip or stuff expander, then see what type of files are inside it. If they're .htm or .html files, you can edit those in notepad, wordpad, textedit, word, etc.
PSD files you'll need photoshop to edit them.

You have to have a program call WinZip to safely open the file, however if you downloaded your file from a P2P sharing program like Limewire, I highly recommend that your DO NOT try to download WinZip from these sites. They most of the time contain viruses.
