Everyone I've ever spoken to has an accent depending on where they come from, so what are you trying say here?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I see a lot of people here got upset at you. I wanted to be HONEST and let you know you're not the only one out there who sees the "accent" difference. Your question is not crazy or racist. It is simply a question about an observed cultural difference.
For all the people who got upset- if there's no similar way that Black people talk, then what is Ebonics? or Black Vernacular English? Just like that other girl mentioned- and I don't understand why she got upset when she admitted in her own answer that there _are_ differences.
People have to stop and think before they jump to cries of "racist" and "bigot", etc... Does the question put down the particular behavior? No, it's just an honest question about an observation.
And again, if there were no such thing, why would people get on Eminem's case and call him a "wigga" because he "talks with an accent and grabs..."- see, he even says that himself in _The Way I Am_!
What is the big deal? It's okay if there are differences.
And yes, I'm sure everyone knows there are some white trash fools who have their own "accent" as well! Technically, speaking, American English speakers all have "accents" according to the British. And, in America, there is a Standard English- it's what anchorpeople (try to) use. Some people in the midwest speak this way- kind of no accent really, it's hard to tell where they're from.
(BTW, these "accents" are actually called regionalisms. That I know from my language development classes at N.Y.U.- hey if I were a real bigot, I'd have called it N.Y.Jew like so many people there do.)

You are generalizing. You can't say that about all black people. I'm black, but have been accused of sounding white because I speak standard English and know how to conjugate verbs. But what ever, I can "code switch" and use Ebonics too. Black English vernacular is used when we are talking to each other. Back in the day we used it to keep white people from knowing what we were talking about, but now Ebonics(Black English vernacular) is in the dictionary. So, does Slim Shady (Eminem) use a black accent when he talks? You can't judge all black people by the few you have encountered in your corner of the world. Very foolish and insulting.

It is a dialect of English just like being from the east coast or the south or California. The "black" accent of somebody from Atlanta is different from the "black" accent of somebody from Chicago. Just like we call all accents "southern", but a Texan sounds different than a person from Tennessee. You just have to listen...

That's the dumbest and most offensive question I've ever seen...but to be truthful, some people (not just blacks) fake a dialect to attempt to fit in....
