Make sure you are eating enough protein - about 3-4 oz per meal and 1-2 oz at a snack in between meals. Your in between meal snacks (be sure to have one before bedtime as it may help ease morning sickness if you have it) should also have some low glycemic carbohydrate (low on natural sugar, with no sugar or sugar substitutes added) and some good fat. Nuts, especially almonds or peanuts, also are good for snacking.
As I understand it, the first hormonal change in a pregnancy is that insulin increases in production. The problem may be due to resulting temporary low blood sugar condition.

If your not High Risk, and I know it's difficult to find the time. But believe me when I say, a good brisk workout for at least 30 min. a day; 5 days a week, will boost your energy in about a week.
And you will recover faster after delivery, the better of shape your in.

Well, being that your pregnant you do not have that much to choose from. Some vitamins help, sometimes exercising.. but when you work full time and you are pregnant you are bound to be overly tired. I would try vitamins and eating tons of green vegtables.

I assume you are taking Pre-natal vitamins. Eat more protein and cut way back on the carbs (sugar, pasta, potatoes, etc.) Fatigue is one of the major symptoms of diabetes. You could be having gestational diabetes. See your doctor.
