Why do the democrats on here and with the media BASH Christians?

Question

Do they hate God that much? or do they not believe that someday you have to pay for what you have done?

I would love to understand this one.

OK, I know that not EVERY democrat is a Christian Basher. I do however think that anyone that can think knows where that questions was aimed at.

However, how can one be a democrat anymore since the democratic party Supports taking God out of the classroom? Supports Murdering unborn Children?
Is it also Crewl and very unchristian-like to not expect a person who can work to not work? (Sloth) One of the 7 deadly sins.
Envy is another that the democrat's press against Repubs. (Class warfare, Class Envy)

It might be because belief in God conflicts with their political agenda (e.g. pro-"gay marriage" and anti-natural law, pro-abortion and embryo destruction, pro-radical feminism, anti-traditional family, pro-doctor assisted suicide). There are some Republicans who also don't act very Christian, but it seems like a lot more of the Democrats are against God.

People reject God whenever they pridefully want to believe that they can be like God. This is the first temptation that the Devil offered to Eve in the beginning, the sin of pride. And sin leads to death.

I hate to do this, but I have to say that not all Democrats bash the Church. There a good many Democrats who are true Christians. We sometimes get religion and politics mixed up with each other. Both your political affiliation and your religious beliefs should be based on your own conscience. We each have our own way of looking at the world through our belief systems. I would ask that each of us simply live according to our conscience, and respect each other's choices. Besides, I do know there are some Republican atheists, Democratic Christians, and everything in between. It just seems like most atheists end up in the Democratic party.

I'm Christian and celebrate Christmas every year. I'm also Republican. Many Democrats support ideas to follow through on that God would not agree with like abortion and stem cell research. Many of them live their lives, not following The Ten Commandments. Maybe they just think their superior to everyone and everything around them, including God. It's horrible. By the way you stated your question, I could tell you would like to read Ann Coulter's new book entitled Godless...The Church of Liberalism...God Bless You!!! I don't understand why they say Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. The majority of people are Christian. We don't have to serve to the minority to please them, meaning serving their ideas and beliefs. The U.S.A. is a free country and an early Merry Christmas to you all.

They are not bashing god, they are critisising ' christians' who are really hypocrites. Many of the 'christians' that are on this site are pretty stupid, you have to admit that. They ask stupid questions in order to prove the existence of god or disprove evolution.

I don't believe in criticising others philosophies, but it can be fun stirring some of the sillier ideas and trying to pprovoke thought.

Everyone is entitled to a philosophy, some people feel the need for a deity, that's ok. I don't and that should be ok with you, but sometimes I get attecked by ' christians' because my opinion differs form theirs. It works both ways.

GOD loves every living thing, and forgives us for our sins. all we have to do is try to care for and help others, not harm or judge. i am a democratic catholic, i don't bash christians unless they speak stupidity (goto www.godhatesfags.com for more). i also bash other democrats who speak stupidity (the ACLU actually defended NAMBLA in a court of Law). I am a democrat because i believe in more of what they think than i do with what republicans think, but by no means is this party perfect (in fact it is far from it)
