OUCH! Im sorry that happened. I dont think it will prevent you from having kids. That can hurt like hell even with a cup. Just try and imagine it without a cup! OUCH! just try and stay out of the way of those slappers! I know what it feels like and I pitty you. Get well soon!

Depends on how hard and where you were hit. Mostly no, cause you are just a kid, and kids recover from injuries fast, but better not to take chances.

Yes, if hit really, really hard. If you notice any swelling (no jokes please), blood when you pee, excruciating pain when you skate or move after a few moments, seek medical attention immediately! Wear a cup.
