Bring your oven to a steady 130o, invite it in, get as many blindfolds as is needed, cover all it's eyes, tell it you have a method of cleaning all it's eyes by doing this, then it won't suspect you are going to bundle it into the oven.
cook for approx 15mins per lb of estimated weight and 30 mins over, while it is basting in the oven knock up a nice white parsley sauce, a few chips and a sprig of mint.
remove alien from oven, cut away any fat, cut into thin slices and enjoy your dinner.

Give it a bottle of Optrex and if it is still peacefull after it got the thing out of its eye sit it down and have it watch ET or Coccoon.

2. take whatever it is out of it's eye
3. tell it to leave earth asap. It may have come in peace, but earthlings will blast it to hell just in case
