I read it a few months ago but i dont know the name of it. Its about a girl who lives with her mom and strict grandma after her dad cheats on her mom and leaves her. Her neighbor (Jack I think) with a pregnant wife rapes her and ruins her life. The girl blows up to like 2hundred something lbs and her mom gets killed during her night job. At her college, she is ridiculed by her roomate and falls in love with her roomate's boyfriend. She ends up going to a psychiatric institution and dealing with all of her issues. She gets married, divorced, gets an abortion, her Grandma dies. Anybody know the name? Its such an inspirational story.

it isnt Les Miserables. Positive. I have read that many times. Sry, I cant help you, but I read so many books, I cant keep events straight. That is why I write my own stories.
