In my way of thinking, you can actually have a girl wear whatever, but if that girl knows how to do her thing, she will cathch a guy´s eye even over some other girl who is wearing something ¨better¨ or ¨tighter¨. This is because of self-confidence.

Jeans, mini skirts are skanky.
You might get alot of attention from guys if you wear a mini skirt, but not the kind you want. If you want someone who will respect you, you have to present yourself as respectable.

I suppose it depends on the shape of the girl's body and the preference of the guy. Guys who love butts generally like women in jeans - note that pretty and normal (i.e. not so slim) butts tend not to look good in skirts. In contrast guys who like legs prefer mini skirts for obvious reasons.
I personally like both and enjoy anything that flatters my woman's body.
