All of Hayao Miyazaki's films; from Disney and Pixar are probably Beauty and the Beast, the Little Mermaid, and Finding Nemo; from Dreamworks is Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.

My favorite animated Disney movie is "Sleeping Beauty," because that movie has the best villain Disney has ever come up with, period: Maleficent.
As for computerized or stop/action animation, I would have to go with Chicken Run.
