I believe that it is cheating when one fantasies about others. If one lust in their mind for some one other than their spouse, it's adultry.

No. Considering that there is no way for you to act on your fantasies they can't really do any harm unless of course your spouse knows and objects. Fantasies about people you know would be different.

Yes. Your thought life should be chaste, because it is in the mind that action starts. If in your mind you'd do something wrong, then what's the difference? Keep your mind and heart pure, and you won't have trouble living purely.
