This question is so very wide open. What are the symptoms? Most problems occur when users download and install malicious programs. Most come from "File-Share" programs. Your best bet is to uninstall the file shares and run a "Spy-Sweeper" program. This is favorable before a complete re-installation of the operating system.

did you turn it on? Otherwise, this question is rather pointless because I have no idea what the problem is other than it doesn't work. Is it beeping? Can it connect to the Internet? Is it saying "Computer Over: Virus=very yes" or something?

This question is about as useful as me asking why isn't this working?
