I want to make this poll to find a way to avoid this and learn if there are many women which was attacked or it is very rare. what happend? how it happend? did you you go to police? did you tell it to your husband or boyfriend. what did he do? if you didn't tell did he understand something wrong?

75% of male students and 55% of female students involved in acquintance rape had been drinking or using drugs.
Only 16% of rapes are ever reported to the police.

As an answer to your question yes women are attacked about 1 every 60 seconds in the united states. Usually by someone they are or have been acquainted with there is not much that can be done in my eyes because if a man decides he wants a certain woman he usually goes for her if she rejects him he gets perplexed which turns into anger and resentment and then a lot of the time the perpetrator will think out a plan on how and when they will attack their target. A lot of the time when a woman is raped they will not talk to anyone about it because they feel ashamed and think that people will judge them for what happened , especially if they knew this person such as an ex boyfriend and such

to be raped u dont have to be attacked... infact most rapes accore between two people that know each other pretty well.... like family... friends.... neighbors.... the people you come in contact with alot..... if you say no and the other people keeps doing it then its rape..... AS SOON AS u SAY NO or STOP than its rape..... most rapes go unreported.... its a difficult thing to go through...... no one wants to have to relive it... also victims end up feeling that it was there fault it happened..... and unless you have enuf strength and support to take the accused to court.... sit through the harassment from the defence lawyer... most women and men just keep quiet, hoping it will all go away.... or acting like it never happened..... rape ruins everyones life

I wouldn't think a woman who was raped, would answere this question. It is not everyone who is comfortable letting the world know what happend, and even if we do have a profile here, we are not completely anonymus.

it is very wrong. If you are looking for sex, why not find a willing partner????????????/ there are plenty of prostitutes in the world and plenty of women giving it out for free. Think before you act, unless you have a desire to spend a long time in prison.
