Has anyone experience in having their health improved through foot massage?
Years ago a guy told me he cured his back problems by massaging his own feet and applying pressure to points where there was pain.

Reflexology or massaging particular points on the foot is very effective for some people. It didn't help me but I was impressed by the pain it found that I didn't know was there, and suggested areas needing help in my body. So it can be diagnostic as well as healing for some. Just need to try it for yourself. My sister taught herself from a book and used it effectively in Africa with patients she was nursing. I consided it a form of Touch Therapy and so dependent on the intention and attention of the one doing it. You can do it on yourself, so a little study and trial and error is helpful.

The proper term for this is Reflexology. There are many spots on your feet which the nerves conect to other parts of your body (Much like the back.) Like any treatment, some find it works, and some that it doesn't. It'snot neccesarily a "cure" but brings some relief for many different things. My mothers been having it done to ease the pain in her hips and back for over 10 years now.
